I love Liz ❤ but dont agree on this one. A tub of cottage cheese would be a healthier option than processed powder that is hard on your system to process. Cottage cheese has all the amino acids or essential amino acid powder also would be my choice . Just food for thought may be 😊

Thank you Team. Another very informative video. I didnt know how much protein I "should" be consuming in day. I have always listened to my body and having learnt not to reach for carbs, my protein intake is much better. But good to have idea of weight. 😘
