Hi Liz, you must be rattling with good health, with all those supplements. I think it's great that these items are available, just a shame, they are not affordable for many of us. Do continue to have a BLESSED time on Kenya. ❤😘✌

The monthly cost of these supplements are very expensive and is it safe to mix so many every day? I have taken lots of vitamins and supplements in the past but then worried I doing more harm, especially to my liver, than good. I now try to rely on a healthy balanced organic diet Including good fats where possible, taking just Vit D and magnesium.

I agree. Here in the US, many supplements are not regulated and therefore I worry about impurities in them. All those pills would upset my stomach too.

I'm always interested in supplements. Used the services of a Nutritionist who uses Kinesiology for a couple of decades now. She has helped me so much. But at the moment I seem to have a facial skin problem that I just cannot get to the bottom of. Very red either side of my nose and can inflame further and look bumpy. Never in my life suffered with spots or anything on my face until after 60. Thinning hair also. Causing me lots of stress as I don't know when it will stop. Asked a Pharmasist the other day and all she could do was point me to Aveeco moisturising cream. I was not impressed! Liz have you ever dealt with any eczeme on your face at all please?
@lizearlewellbeing2 жыл бұрын
Could it be rosacea? The skin condition can cause redness, so may be worth looking into ❤️

@@lizearlewellbeing I noticed Liz takes a very high dose vit D spray and I have read taking too much can cause calcium to build up in the body and cause weak bones. Why does she take such a high dose?
@user-cz7sb1ow5d2 жыл бұрын
@@elizabethfielder5264 Hi I am a pharmacist.The dosage Liz Earle takes is 3000 IU will not cause any harm to her. As you age especially Women need Vitamin D supplement. Highly recommend doing a test to see if you are deficient in Vitamin D, a very high percentage of British are deficient. If you are deficient, I can assure you will be prescribed a far higher dose than what Liz Earle takes , even as much as 51 000 IU . But that is only under prescription if you are deficient.

Easy to take so many vitamins when you don’t have to pay for them. If I could afford to buy all these supplements recommended it would cost approximately around £250/month as each one is so expensive. Even if I took only some of them it is still expensive. Which planet is this lady on? Certainly not on mine where high energy prices and escalating living costs are more a pressing issue. This is borderline obscene. Sadly Liz Earle has gone the commercial route big time where everyone of her lives on Instagram and videos on KZbin is just a major plug-athon. Unfollowed and unsubscribed.
@lulahlaw78252 жыл бұрын
No one is being forced to take these supplements. I find it useful to find out about how they may be useful for particular issues, whether or not I am in a position to get them. Liz’s product recommendations are of a really high quality and evidence based.
@Cris-iv4gv2 жыл бұрын
@@lulahlaw7825 listen or other experts as well. They are definitely not evidence based. And they are definitely not a must apart from the vitamin D. I do agree with magnesium before sleep but the experts recommend glycinate. They all say something different so we need to decide what’s best for us and four our pockets. And the phrase evidence based annoys me. Where is the evidence and why 90% of other experts in nutrition say there’s no evidence? So annoying
@lulahlaw78252 жыл бұрын
@Cris You may choose to be annoyed by the phrase evidence based, just as you may choose whether or not a particular recommendation is right for you.
