Now the concept that kinda eats is Chad coming back and “dying” in the opening scene and by the end with the killer reveals, reveal him as the killer and his motive would be he feels like Sydney is the reason for scream 5&6 events happening to him and he’s back for revenge on Sydney and her daughter. Idk that’s the only thing that works besides killing him in the opening scene

Eh, I don’t think so. The killers of Scream 5 didn’t even know Sydney existed. Amber and Richie were specifically after Tara and Sam. And Sydney isn’t even in Scream 6. The killers were specifically getting revenge on Sam and Tara for killing Richie. Chad getting revenge on Sydney makes no sense

I think Celeste is gonna be a killer. The other Black girl from S2 (Elise Neal) was originally supposed to be a GF but they redid it and made her die instead. I think Celeste should be Elise’s niece, taking revenge on Sidney, because while Sidney lived and became a successful author, her family got nothing.

I think Stu should kill Sydney (something no one would expect) and I feel like Billy should take over Sam and have a ghost face vs ghost face fight Billy vs Stu but I also feel like Stu should admit he is like the Roman of this new generation and admits he is the one who killed dewy because it was the exact way he explained in in scream 1. But I also feel like if this did happen Stu should be killed by Gail for dewy or he escapes opening a new spectrum for a new trilogy.

It also makes since that Stu would be doing like he would have been doing in the scream 3 script in the new reboot scream 3 which also would fit the theme. This is legitimately the perfect movie to bring Stu back esp with the fan demand I definitely think he is coming back.

They need to bring some of the characters from the TV show. Keke Palmer and Jessica Sula could be Chad/Mindy’s cousins. Willa Fitzgerald and Carlson Young could have met Kirby since Kirby mentioned in S6 that she’d been investigating GF murders.

Jenna was never signed on. She wasn’t supposed to survive Scream 5 and they changed it later while filming. Regardless of the subject matter Melissa was talking about or her opinion, it sucks she got fired but it’s not a speech issue. I can’t go to work an say whatever I want. She represents a rebrand, so if her employer found her making a statement problematic then that’s their right. They never should have done Neve dirty to begin with. I think they’ll hopefully iron it out down the road. Never say never.

i want scream 7 and 8 to be super dark and creepy i also want a scene of kids playing on the playground with Ghost-face waching them from a distance then Taylor (sidney oldest daughter) runs to try to save her youngest sister only for the play ground to explode killing at least 10 kids leaving the other 20 running off injured and her youngest sister gets rushed to the hospital with minor injuries i also want a scene where Taylor is looking through old boxes and finds a pic of Sidney mother in the photo and another one with Jill and roman

Keep Chad alive. It would be too predictable if he is the opening kill for the exact reason you said cutting ties with the Carpenter sisters. We need a replacement Dewey. Do a bait and switch like in 5 and have him survive the opening kill. He can have an on again off again relationship with Tara like Gale and Dewey. This movie taking place in a break between them. Explaining her absence as well as leaving the door open for a possible Jenna Ortega return in future movies. Plus I personally feel like the Meeks family has suffered enough loss. Randy, Liv (his gf in 5), and Anika (Mindy's gf in 6).

I feel Chad is either the opening kill or will be the 20-minute mark kill. I don't understand where he fits in with this group. I am leaning into a first for the franchise with a female duo. And potential third killer or accomplice carrying over to the next film. Also Scream 3 should not be judged with the other movies. It had severe limitations due to Columbine. There were so many restrictions even during the filming process. Script rewrites, reshoots due to issues around gore.
