When you say PAO2 you mean the partial pressure of oxygen in the alveoli. in min 1:30 you said that PAO2 when there is no ventilation (poor ventilation) the PAO2 is 40 and PACO2 is 45 mmHg and actually that is not correct the PaO2 is almost = 40mmHg and the PaCO2 is almost = 45mmHg /// PaO2 mean partial pressure of oxygen in artery, not alveoli a big difference!!
