The struggle is real .... keeping attention of the viewers, leaving space for silence, not talking to fast for yoga and mediation. I invested in the Cannon M50 2 months in and I am so happy with it. I am totally camera illiterate and it does everything for me. I highly recommend it. Rode wireless mics is my second essential. Best of luck to everyone in 2021.

YT is everything BUT passive. In order to make quality content, with all the shenanigans around it, thumbnails, tags, SEO, playlist, channel banner, social media promotion... It is hard work. Really HARD work to get to the point you have "passive" income.

I agree!!! What I have learned is that it takes time to understand what content you really want to put out there. I started with song covers, then Dubai vlogs and now 'fast funny cooking tutorials'. Gillian - I love your channel. It is only a year and a quarter older than my Green Gregs (prepsteader) Channel but you have grown much faster than me as I have only 49.3k subs.
