Great until when you need to return something and they make you wait around for weeks, then claim they have not received it and you have lost your money and the items. Awful customer service.

Sadly, yes. I received a pink dress with black ink pen marks but didn't notice until I was going to wear it so lost my money too, as it was past return date. I have also received dresses with one strap longer than the other or far too small for the stated size. If returns worked I wouldn't mind, but they lost mine, twice.

If you go to the pluz size categories they have a good selection. I'm a plus size myself and would try buying in this website.
