Great review! I used to read a lot of local comics in the Philippines. Not this kind but we had our own. A lot of neighbors used to come to the house to read whatever comics we had. Memories!😄

I like that we started with the hands. It's an interesting way to tell the story, piece by piece. Art was good and story felt different enough to get into it.

I agree and that's interesting, do you think the next issue will feature a different part of his body. My thoughts didn't go that way. But I kinda love it. And I kinda wasn't looking forward to this but man did it grab me. Thanks Beckermin

@Evilscomics yeah I listened to the creator on a podcast. Each issue tells the story of where each body part came from. Really interesting take on a story we've seen done so many times. He started with the hands because his early memories of his own father were of his hands. I hadn't intended to get this but it drew me in.

@beckermin oooo I can really dig this idea. Just hope we get some closure on the kids story.

It''s interesting to see all of the variations and tweaks that have been made on Mary Shelley's story.

I totally loved this…. Creature w/Ram V let me down but Michael’s story telling and art is next level. I head each book is about story about another body part. It’s gonna be good!…. Next month is the brain.

I absolutely loved this. Art and story. Every piece of it. I had no idea about the different body parts but after beckermin explained it. Not only does it fit with Walsh's writing style but just love the premise. And just got me to gasp in delight. THE BRAIN 🧠!!!!! This is going to be so great. Mind is spinning with story ideas. Thanks so much Dope

Frankenstein and Dracula are the best. The only problem I had with the creature from the black lagoon is that we didn't see the creature enough.

100% agree, Mike, on all your points. I'm really hoping this one just stays great. But I can see how alot of this story might focus on the kid. We'll have to see. Thanks Casino Comics
