She wasn’t originally tan in her Super Mario Land artwork. But N64 really gave the tan look and it looked awesome! She’s kind of getting her tan back with recent artwork or depiction of her. Mario Golf Super Rush really brought back the tan and darker hair color. But I miss her crown being Red or Rose Pink with the white and yellow color scheme.
