my daughter is 21 years old and does not have any cavities. i taught her very well when she was a 2 years old how to brush and floss her teeth and used fluoride rinses. i told her 2 years ago to stop using fluoride as i know now its toxic. but she on her own does intermittent "Break -Fast" and does not not eat or snack till 12 pm.

Hello ! Te rog sa-mi spui dacă Calcium Hydroxyapatite poate fi de ajutor ca supliment pentru dinți ? Multumesc !
@EvolveDentalHealing7 ай бұрын
If my translation works your question is: Do you know what Calcium Hydroxyapatite can be used as a supplement to help you? No need to take a supplement for dental health as the hydroxyapatite needs to be brushed on the teeth so it has direct contact with the enamel surface. You would take it as a supplement for bone health - but I don't know much about it from that persepective.

Nice video! I want to point out and i think it will be at your interest,the abrasivity level of baking soda is very low, around 7 on the scale, when common toothpaste is around 50.

Would it improve the hydroxyapatite effect to mix it with silica gel and put it on the affected area? Or just drinking water with silica dioxide?

I have two questions for you Dr. 1.) Is my Sjogren's causing my SEVERE dental issues?... I eat well, don't smoke or drink, floss and am thin and healthy. I love sweet things but with a dairy allergy I really cant eat much desserts out and only cook main meals at home. 2.) can I find a re-mineralize tooth foam that's dairy free as I am severely dairy allergic. I've been prescribed a cream mousse by a good dentist here in Dublin Ireland but I notice they are all made of dairy

yes having low saliva is going to be an issue. Look for toothpaste with hydroxyapatite in it and use xylitol mints or gum every time you eat. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aGK1i6maiKmUkJI&ab_channel=EvolveDentalHealing

Plenty will say dentin can heal itself, especially since it's living tissue, but some will say no.

Will this also help with gum health? Less bacteria because of xylitol or is this only for the Step. M and is it different bacteria for gum disease?
@EvolveDentalHealing7 ай бұрын
great question. Studies show that it can reduce how pathogenic the P. gingivalis is. This from pubmed Inhibitory effect of xylitol on the growth of P. gingivalis. Since it has been well known that xylitol inhibits the growth of mutans streptococci (45), the effect of xylitol on the growth of P. gingivalis was investigated. P. gingivalis was cultured for 24 h in anaerobic conditions with various concentrations of xylitol (0, 2.5, 5, 10, or 20%) and was measured at an optical density at 660 nm using a spectrophotometer. The growth of P. gingivalis was inhibited in a dose-dependent manner and entirely blocked in medium containing 20% xylitol. This result indicates that xylitol can have an inhibitory effect on the pathogenesis of P. gingivalis by inhibition of the growth of P. gingivalis, as well as inhibition of inflammatory cytokine production. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1287760/#:~:text=This%20result%20indicates%20that%20xylitol,inhibition%20of%20inflammatory%20cytokine%20production.

Do you think gums are possible to regrow once shrunk?
Any thoughts on the usefulness of rinsing with salted water? Obviously probably not for people with high blood pressure
@EvolveDentalHealing7 ай бұрын
it will minimally help reduce bacteria, its not going to do harm. Its very good if you have gum issues to help with healing after a dental scaling

When do you oil pump? Once a day? Twice a day? Before brushing? After brushing?

I guess you mean oil pulling? If so after brushing but then it's good to brush again to cleanse your mouth of the coconut oil after you've done it

as a chid I had a dentist go on and on about sugar and sweets and I was allergic to the artificial colourings that were in them back then so I actually never ate sweets as a kid.... I obviously had health issues....I always had Irritable Bowel/Leaky Gut as a kid.....do the breath tests that show toxic fumes come up your throat from undigested food in IBS also mean that this could rot your teeth?

Great video. Caries and gum disease is really mailnutrition. The other problem is education. Using the word "" bacteria for good and bad entities is confusing. Good bacteria. Bad bacteria. There must be a better way to distinguish these in order to educate people. Without """ good bacteria bad bacteria creates havoc. Good bacteria comes from diary products. ❤ I have tried to keep it simple.
@EvolveDentalHealing7 ай бұрын
Yes perhaps healthy microbiome would be a more helpful definition of the so called good bacteria 🦠 But it’s challenging to know exactly what level to pitch information so I am to use layman terms that are easily understood. Thank you for your input and support

Can we swish with sea salt instead of baking soda to balance the ph in our mouth ?
@EvolveDentalHealing4 ай бұрын
Both sea salt and baking soda have antibacterial properties and can help to create a less acidic environment in your mouth. But sea salt may not make you mouth more alkaine and neutralise acids. Pure sea salt: This is generally neutral with a pH of around 7. Baking soda is 8-9. Certain types, like Himalayan salt or Celtic sea salt, can contain minerals that give them a slightly alkaline nature. However, this alkalinity is usually minimal. While sea salt can contain trace minerals, it's not a significant source of alkalinity compared to other foods or supplements. Benefits of Sea Salt Mouthwash Antibacterial: Helps kill harmful bacteria in the mouth. Reduces inflammation: Can soothe irritated gums and mouth ulcers. Natural: A simple and natural option for oral care. How to Make a Sea Salt Mouthwash Dissolve a teaspoon of sea salt in a glass of warm water. Swish the solution around your mouth for about 30 seconds. Spit out the solution and rinse your mouth with clean water.

My 2 year old has a hole in the front of her tooth. I'm planning on getting it filled. Out of all my kids she is the only one to ever get a cavity. She had antibiotics at birth and then again at the age of 1. Could antibiotics be a possible cause? I've heard a baby tooth can't be repaired. I did try for about 3 months by using Tooth Mousse, and xylitol but the hole is still there.
@EvolveDentalHealing7 ай бұрын
Being sick and needing antibiotics may have had some impact. What was your nutrition like during pregnancy. If the enamel is breached it can't be repaired as you need an enamel framework to remineralise. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aGK1i6maiKmUkJI&ab_channel=EvolveDentalHealing
