That purple evolution of the dress with the veil is STUNNING! Although for how much real money it costs, I reeeeally feel like they should not have left so much clipping in.

I was seriously considering getting it but the prospect of clipping put me off. That and the fact that all the jewellery is silver but the veil embroidery is still gold. Welp, I get to save money I guess

I like the outfits but... to put it mildly they are not worth the price. I mean, 100 USD for just 2 virtual outfits in 2 colors each? For that price I could buy a whole game like Baldur's Gate 3 (on sale) for myself and another person. At this point these can't be called micro-transactions anymore - it's straight up cash-grab.

Most micro transactions are though. But for completely cosmetic items really what does it matter? You don’t need these at all to actually progress through the game. But they are there for people who really want them.

@@aduckofsomesort Yes, cosmetic items do matter. And I'm tired of excuses saying that they don't. Everyone likes to look nice. Excuses like these just enable these companies to do this, get away with it, and increase the prices more and more. And players are just like the frogs being boiled alive and not realizing it.

​@@VhesieThey need to make their money somehow and the people that buy them enable them to do it. They can sell this stuff for outrageous prices because they know people will buy it anyway. You would likely do the same in their situation.

@@samstocker6450 They'd make more than enough money with lower prices. It's just that most companies want all of the money - there's never enough for them. And they won't even pay developers more - management will just pocket all of it. And yes, I know people will still buy it. They wouldn't be doing it if it wasn't selling. And worse, people will even defend these companies as if they were their friends who can do no wrong.

@@megtato1054 for this 1 it'd be for 2 outfits (+ 2 of the timeless echo). Look at the amount of gem you need to pay for the outfit and then calculate how much gem you'd need to buy to evolve it

Thank you for showing how much it clips with the veil! 💙 I’ve seen so many photos of people taking with it online that it is gorgeous but seeing that poofy dresses do clip into it has changed my mind on it for now. I do hope we get a shorter veil in the future that can be used with more poofier outfits, if possible 🙏🏻

LOVE you buying the premium outfits I can’t buy, because I need someone to have them and show me how pretty they are 😅 at the very least, they should discount the evolution outfit since you’ve already bought the original. Buying full price a second time is a bit wild. That being said, I’m down for you buying allllll the things in Infinity Nikki 😂 I can live vicariously through you!

I think that they should change the preview in the shop to the evolved version. They also need to be clear about what evolution is cuz I see so many people confused about it. You should be able to see the evolutions before buying because there are some outfits I wouldn’t consider buying the normal version but love the evolved version

I purchased the Timeless Echoe outfit. I love the old fashioned look. ☺The color variant is really pretty but I refuse to buy it twice. 🙈 The Moonlight Oath looks too religious to me, at least the original color variation. The purple color scheme is really pretty though. But the outfit is too expensive for me to even buy it once. 😅

Hinestly that is such a werid oversight on their part since their other games have a preview mode for every outfit during events or in the shops that allows u to see the whole outfit AND its recolored version. Seems like it can totally be an update if we mention it in the surveys enough.

You're actually wrong ive played tons of gacha games and the evolved form problem is something i was confused aswell as to why you would need to buy the second time they really should show the recolour so nobody gets confused

I hope you don't mind if I ask a question. I've only played through the tutorial so far because it's the super busy season at work. Once you evolve an outfit like that, do you have access to both color choices of the outfit? Or does evolving it make the first color you purchased go away? Sorry if that's a dumb question, but I'm still struggling with jumping, floating and landing. 🙂 Thank you!

After completing a full set or buying one will unlock and show you the alt dress colors to make you want to go for it or not.

Im gonna be real, i never really liked the moonlight oath design. Even though my favorite color is purple, and i love the purple shades on the second design... idk. I dont like the veil and the scarf, they seem too cumbersome. Of course, i could just wear individual pieces. But if im going to be paying THAT much money for an outfit, let alone TWICE, Id rather wear the whole thing. IMO, both of the discounted 4 star outfits look a lot better anyway, and i did get them both, twice each.
