A lot of people didn’t like the Kenobi show, so I don’t know if it will have a second season also considering the issues and controversies regarding Disney right now. Personally, the show was enjoyable to me, but that’s it, is not a show I’ll watch again or something. Now, I agree it will be nice to have a season 2 that is good and redeems the first one. But it is unlikely. :(

Well put, the show was enjoyable for a first-time watch. With a better director, Kenobi would have so much more potential for a second season

@@TrooperTalksYeap, there’s a similar feeling with the Book Of Boba Fett and Teumera Morrison that, just like Ewan, he loves the character and cares about it, but it was intentionally or unintentionally sabotaged by the plot of his own show, a show that the fans were eagerly waiting for just like the Kenobi show, and that funny enough, legends already has great stories regarding both characters in both those time periods in the story, that they could have just adapted that and make it a series.

Disney simply doesn't deserve Ewan and Hayden. If any other studio owned Star Wars at this moment, they would BANK on the boys and IMMEDIATELY greenlight a 2nd season or simply make a new movie-trilogy for Obi-Wan. Idk if y'all ever read the original story for the Kenobi Movie/Series but that one. . . would've made Disney a crapload of money. INSTEAD, we got the reva show.

@@TrooperTalks Exactly. Just imagine what COULD HAVE been: 1st movie: Focuses on Obi-Wan/Ben's trauma & overcoming it WHILST learning more about the Force from Qui-Gon. [This would include A LOT of CW flashbacks, which would feature Anakin.] 2nd movie: Ben growing a stronger bond with Owen as Maul arrives on the planet, seeking Obi-Wan. 3rd movie: Ben finding ''peace'' in his destiny as he, by the end of the movie, helps Luke against the Tusken Raiders. It's not hard to write better than them [Disney].

@@ВасилийИванов-ю3ю Lucas still owned Lucasfilm in TCW as Maul returned. In fact, he approved the decision because he was a fan favorite. Disney had nothing to do with his return and I like that he survived, he had a lot of wasted potential in TPM

@@Zerberster213 enough! Maul is true sith lord and awesome swordsman, but he was slayed the greatest jedi duel master of Old Republic history. Dont make his death pointless to Lore, remember Rule of Two.

Honestly I don’t know if I want a season 2. After season 1 I was left with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Don’t get me started on Reva. But other than that just the fact that Obi Wan goes of world and meets Leia, meets Vader again when they are not supposed to see eachother until the Death Star duel, Vader acting like an idiot (the scene with the fire, not stopping the second ship, trusting Reva).

Are you kidding me? That show was TERRIBLE. It wrecked characters, had terrible writing, Ewan MacGregor is a known shallow shill (and cheated on his wife)...No, that would be a terrible move. Lucasfilm needs to figure out how to write first.
