So glad that you got on well with ewan! We got one of the 'normal' ones when our boy was 2 months as his xmas present but unfortunately the white noise aspect didn't really help him he just used it as a teddy! The deluxe one sounds so much better, it was so hard to wash the old one!

Adorable, loved this. My little one is 18months and not sleeping well think I might give this a go.

Is this suitable for newborns, only asking because is it not recommended that they are fed 3-4 hourly?

That is nit a maternal heartbeat.....it is a fetal heartbeat.....if a mother’s heart rate was that fast, she would need urgent medical attention. Hey, if it works though, all good.

Ahhhh yes if only we could have them as adults! It’s called a Sleepyhead deluxe and may I say, my absolute newborn must have!

I know this is really late but for anyone else reading, these are really dangerous to allow your child to sleep in. The NHS and Lullaby Trust strongly recommend against them!

Does the sensor work when baby stirrs or would she have to cry? My lo doesn’t cry see she just stirrs until I turn Ewan back on
@EmilieOnLife6 жыл бұрын
Kathryn Morgan I have my Ewan positioned quite close to Leo, my baby monitor only activates when a sound is made and every time in the night that he makes a sound that triggers the monitor I soon hear Ewan soothing away. So I do think it’s quite sensitive. I guess you can position closer or away to get the results you want xxx

ok I just ordered it so the heartbeat is good. My child cluster feeds so much I haven't slept in 24 hours. The heartbeat is the best? Please give any suggestions my wife and I are desperate. Looking to Jesus and wise counsel from people who know what they are talking about.

I love the heartbeat best or the harp. My son always settled really well wit it, but all babies are different. There are lots of these available on market place second hand.

@@EmilieOnLife It should be here soon. two 24 hour nights had me on Amazon and here trying to figure anything out. First baby. I literally was like ok I have 30 minutes to order this and get it today. lol

I really hope it’s works for you. The sleep deprivation in the early stages can be very hard. I was quite controversial and put Leo in his own room when he was only a few weeks old. Something I sometimes regret, they are small for such a short period of time, but we started the process of self settling very early on using Ewan and he took to it very well and to this day has always been a great sleeper. I think we may have just got very lucky. Fingers crossed for you xx

Αναστασία Παυλίδου Awah it’s sooooo hard isn’t it! Leo used to do this as a new born, they spent 9 months as close to us as can be. It’s only natural they feel insecure when we put them down. My wonder combination was a Sleepyhead/dockatot pod and Ewan. Hope it works out for you xxx
