Their mother had a a long affair with another man. They told their parents, which was when their mother confessed. They both love their dad and decided to take the matter no further, much to his relief.

I don’t know what program YOU watched, but it was clear to me that he willingly played the fool. Even after the FBI and his local cop spelled the whole thing out to him with her sitting right there next to him, and after he initially kicked her put of the house, he relented and let her back in the home. With the poor kids. That’s messed up. His children were abused by her because he chose to live in delusion rather than face facts.

That was an ignorant question to ask Keith, "Will you ever forgive her?" How could ANYONE ever forgive that level of betrayal for years?
