Yes! It was at Lovelace clinic in Albuquerque. N.M. There was only retin-a for many years, but it kept me from scaring like my father. Per your video, I’ve used too strong, at .1. I peel, and purge, repeat. I just realized a week ago, that the lower dose was better. I had always thought that I must peel, and your video confirms that I don’t need to! Thanks again! Sometimes you can do the “sandwich method” when using retinol such as layering a moisturizer first, put a layer of retinol, and a layer of moisturizer again. This is only to avoid dryness or inflammation from the retinol but sometimes I would just not use retinol for some time if my skin is dry.

I’m trying Hanna Mueller. I know I know - never heard of it. It was less than $10 on Amazon. It includes 1% of retinaldehyde. In the beginning I did have irritation but that’s gone. Sometimes I use Hero balm retinol 0.75% encapsulated retinol. I started out with ceravue with the teal cap and had much purging. I hope this is working. Has anyone heard of Hanna Mueller?

Are you suggesting that a 0.025% tretinoin isn’t effective?
@RachelSings2110 ай бұрын
That dose is really effective don’t worry. All retinoids work and any dose of tret is stronger than anything you can buy over the counter 👍🏻
