Hello, I'm Mr. Taster, and today I’m excited to take you on a amazing Persian food tour at one of the best restaurants in Dubai the one and only Bahar restaurant. Here they serve incredibly delicious local and Iranian dishes. From the famous Beryani Bastaki to Jasheed and various Iranian stews and kebabs. Bahar's notable use of fresh and high-quality ingredients stands out. Now, with dear Chef Yousef, we're heading to Waterfront Market in Dubai, a clean and large market offering a variety of fresh fish and meat. For our Jasheed, we got four sharks weighing a total of 90 kilograms. They cleaned and divided them into four parts right there. Next, we went to buy meat, and then to Bahar Restaurant for the exciting preparation of Jasheed and the famous Beryani.
They start by boiling the shark, separating the meat from the bone, and adding spices for a thorough mix. Onions, garlic, and turmeric are sautéed, followed by adding parsley and dill. Then, they pour the squid meat and let it cook for 20 minutes until it's ready. After that, they prepare the famous Beryani Bastaki, a combination of marinated fresh meat with special spices, saffron, rice, chickpeas, and cinnamon sticks that are beautifully cooked together.
This restaurant is known for its professional kebab dishes due to the extensive variety they offer it’s great for kebab lovers! Here just like Mashhad and Tehran Bazaar they offer egg yolk and sumac and grilled tomato on the rice, mix it, and explore their exciting kebabs like Koobideh, Barg, Joojeh Kebab, Lamb chops, Yogurt Kebab, and Lemon Kebab. They all are incredibly delicious and must-try items.

Hamid: I've got a lot to say about this video! I have visited Dubai but never to this restaurant! I prefer your videos solo without goofy Mark or silly, fat Jeff! Question, why was there two huge servings of shark & lamb, it was only you eating? The fish market was super, everything sitting on ice not like Pakistan, India & Bangladesh where the fish sits all day in the heat to help the bacteria to grow! The lamb biryani was super but this young lamb didn't have a lot of meat! This chef was working with you alone, doesn't he have other duties in the restaurant? So who was eating all this food after you finished, using your right hand to eat! I liked your yellow shirt😊
