I upgraded my amiga 1200 to 32MB ram with an 68030 and 120MB hard drive just so I could play super skidmarks with all the car add-ons. Such a good game (and the first was great too).

@@OldAndNewVideoGames I get annoyed at myself quite often for leaving it behind when I moved to PC's. And, in all honesty, I have no idea what happened to that machine. It would have been left with my parents, but I havent spoken to either of them in about 20 years. It's my dream to eventually rebuild that machine. I had taken a menu system from amiga format or some other amiga magazine. So every game was easily found in a single list. I even had it set up so that I could easily reboot into either 1.3 or 3.1 roms for better compatability. I also had shapeshifter running on that machine as I loved the Links golf games and marathon. It was a great machine and I miss it very much :)

Bolo Mrówkojad is surprisingly good for such a late game. The main character is quite memorable as well.

Yeah, it's not bad, but it's nowhere near the quality of titles that released in Amiga's heyday. xD

Skidmarks/super are Awesome and it was so Cool buying Testament big box when it came out 🤘🏻

Did you got the second Testament too? Also, did you still have and use your Amiga by then time it came out? If yes, what Amiga was it?

@@OldAndNewVideoGames I was an active Amiga user from the 90-2000 and then 20 year break. Got back into Amiga when TheA500mini released🤘🏻 I started with the A500 and ended up with A1200 with extra power witch I still own. Before Amiga it was Commodore c64. Testament was the last game I bought and I had to travel to England to buy it😅🤘🏻 as they were still active with Amiga ,I think it was in 97.

@@AmigaVR That's pretty cool. I would so want to have A1200 or A600 now... But they're way too expensive and I have nothing to connect them to. :/

@@AmigaVR I started with C64 too, a brilliant little powerhouse that definitely could! Then A500, which I have to this day (again). As when I moved to PC, I sold it to my cousins, and just couple of years ago, I got it back. And I love it, but it's troublesome for me to use today. That's why I'd like an A600 to MOD or A1200 to do the same too. I'd get an HDMI MOD on them, CF harddrive, maybe Gotek too, and definitely some turbo cards. Over time that is, as these are quite expensive. That said, it's not gonna happen cause prices of these systems today are just atrocious. xD

I love when you get some polish game and obviously fool everyone by inventing some random pronunciation. "Mov-koyád", tsc, tsc, tsc, YOU DON'T FOOL ME! xD just kidding. Jokes aside, living in Brazil, we didn't grew up with Amiga as people in Europe and US probably did (and definitively not with polish games), so it is always nice to know some games that we never saw in DOS. Great video, as always! =D If you accept a sugestion, a video with "not-english/japanese-speaking-countries" games would be awesome! On other recent video you showed lots of nice korean ones, I thiiiiiiink you alwready showed a taiwanese (?) one I actually had played back in the day (Legend of 7 Paladins), and well, you know lots of polish games. Have you already talked about Varginha Incident on DOS (1998)? It was our brazilian contribution to the world of DOS gaming classics ;) Cheers!

Weird polish words aside, I did actually invent 5-ish words ever since I started this channel. Not heard them used anywhere outside of my videos, but I spawned them into existence. ;) Yep, the video with non-english non-japanese is definitely a possibility in the future. Sounds interesting. So, thank you! :) And yeah, well, no actually, I've not covered a Varginha Incident. I've written it down now though, and I'll take a look at it in the future. It's one I've never even heard of, so it's kinda interesting.

Alien Target is good looking but I always prefer a light-gun option & I don’t know that it has one? Blobz kind of gets lost amongst the Lemmings clones, which is a shame because it’s a good one & good looking. I don't think I’ve played Crystal Dragon but I’m not sure as it’s another one that gets a bit lost in the crowd. Bolo Mrówkojad looks like fun & certainly one worth checking out? Same for Miasto Śmierci. Dragon Fighter is an interesting one & one that people should check out, if only for the cartoon aesthetic. I somehow missed out on Missiles Over Xerion? I love a good Missile Command like, I’ll be checking that one out. Every one giggle childishly at the name “Skidmarks.” For its time I’d argue it was pretty good looking & it certainly played well for the time but did get an improved version. It’s a shame I don’t get on well with top-downs these days. Testament is another new one to me but another that looks fun & from what you’ve said sounds like it’s well worth a play? Traps’n’Treasures is a bit of a classic, it’s fun to play & looks great. It’s one of those games I would like to have seen spun out in to a series. Great selection of games. I have a long list of Amiga games that are new to me from these videos, especially with you extending the list to countries we didn’t get content from in the day, thanks.

Sadly, not many Amiga games supported light guns. I think it was just a handful. :/ Blobz is fun, I agree. But it released late, so not many got to play it. Crystal Dragon is actually quite fun. If you like dungeon crawlers that is. If not, then there's no reason trying it out, as it's one through and through. Missiles over Xerion is fun, and if you like those and don't mind old gameplay style, you're gonna enjoy it. You know that I've said Skidmarks like a hundred times and not once it crossed my mind what it means other than the game. xD I must be getting old. xD Testament 1 and 2 are definitely worth a playthrough if you like FPSes, and especially are interested in the history of genre on the Amiga. Then they're not only fun to play, but also technical curiosities. Oh, I should have Obscure DOS video out tomorrow as I've gathered all the resources for it today and recorded voice over raws, and I gotta tell you, hopefully aside from one game, all should be relatively unknown to most gamers. So, it should be a fun watch hopefully. :) Oh, and that *one* is not a bad choice for the video, as it was obscure on PC, but was well known on Amiga in Poland, so, you may have heard of it in one of my earlier videos.
