Would you mind explaining what the different Costco signs mean, and more about new glasses/frames, my husband needs new glasses and we've never gotten them from Costco 🎉😊 thanks!

Which signs are you referring to? To get glasses at Costco all you need is a recent prescription and choose a frame you like. Normally the frames come in within a week when I order and I love that I can also get designer brands for super cheap when getting them at Costco

I always find ground beef on sale then spend a day just making meat ball, meatloaves, (1) lb packs for other stuff. I make meatballs and gravy then put it on eff noodles meatloaf and mashed potatoes is a hit. Then the rest can be chilli or spaghetti sauce sloppy joes or tacos. I also found top butt roasts the big ones and cut some up for stews and beef barley soup and got some nice roasts. If you ever find them in the air tight packages you can let them age in the fridge for like 28 days. As long as you don’t see it bubble it’s good. Trust me my daughters are in the cattle industry they know their beef lol. I also had a big flood of tomatoes didn’t feel like canning so I cooked them down with garlic and all the spices and freezer bagged them lay them flat and they are in the freezer. I’m also going to go apple picking and cook them down for apple sauce and make pie filling I’m just going to flat bag them and freeze.

Prices are nuts!!! I don’t know how a young family with a mortgage and car payment can afford to eat beef and alot of other foods. The head honchos raking in millions a year. A lot of fruit and vegetables are being thrown out because there bad, if they would lower the price there wouldn’t so much waste. Sorry for ranting but when you said the price of ground beef it made me so 😡💕🇨🇦

stop eatting beef then loli work in restaurant. should see what our suppliers are charging us on cash. from what i heard also some suppliers know people that are jacking food supplies coming from the borders, trucks, warehouses. all to make cash flow profits. all i can tell you, cheapest meat out there are chicken and pork. i dont see why anyone need to eat beef. i aint paying $10/kg for any type of meat, espeically beef.

Yes prices should go down a bit...they throw lot of stuff in trash...if they lower, chance of buying is more and less wastage..

Hi Dee and Family. Great video as always. We prefer the Hampton house chicken over the Jane's brand. The gift sets look lovely. They were not available here this week. I have a well stocked pantry and my freezers are full. We will probably cut back to once a month Costco shopping as we get closer to Winter as its not always great weather to head into the City. Stocked up on cold and flu meds this week and Costco savings are amazing compared to the other chain stores. Enjoy your week. Hugs

@Daleemichaud we like the Hampton House Chicken too. Like you, our freezer is stocked too so it'll hopefully be a low spend till we use up some of what we have

We where at London Costco and when going through the cash the cashier told us that we do not get the executive prices unless we let them know we are an executive card holder.

That's true. All you have to do is tell them you have executive coupons you'd like to use. They always have them at the register or you can bring your coupons or pull up the app which will have the coupons on there.

Hi Dee: the medium ground chuck (6x500grams) for $39.99 is a really good price. In other stores one package of medium ground chuck costs about $12 per package. It makes great burgers, chilli etc. also, if anyone is not sure if they would benefit from the executive membership, they can go to the service desk and they can tell you what you spent over the past year. Of course the extra savings only available to executive membership make the deal even better.

I think if you shop often and find that you spend the majority of your money at Costco, it's totally worth it. The extra savings alone will definitely be worth it. For example: I stocked up on the sausages so that's about $20 off

Dee. I hope you noticed that the Swiffer power mop was on sale for $39.99. That’s a $10 savings. I know you bought one recently so head in for a price adjustment I picked one up at that price. I am also an Executive member and appreciate the cash back coupon. Add that with the Costco Mastercard cash back and it is worth it. See you Sunday.

The price of the meatballs is insane! We've tried the Jane's whole wheat chicken strips & much prefer the regular. The breading seems to come off & the flavour isn't as good imo. Besides, whole wheat isn't a healthier option than the regular.

I have purchased the tube of ground turkey and ground pork and both are really good! I repackage them in freezer bags to the portion size I need. 😊

This may sound dumb, but I don’t like the tube format of the ground turkey and I wondered if the taste had changed at all - maybe because in the tray format I could see better what the turkey looked like. So I am glad to hear that it is good. Years ago I bought the tube format at another grocery store and my kids liked it at first but then that changed, so I’m weary about the tube style and what’s in it.
