HE being neglectful to call 911 as a baby lay dying...and his sister for abusing her and causing her injury. If the mother is guilty it is because she knew siblings were abusing a toddler and she failed to protect a younger sibling.

So there were other adults in the house?? 19 year old sister with her own baby?? This is rediculous! You wouldn't want your own children with her but you left a 2 year old with her. Wow. Every adult in the home failed that child.
@silenceisgoldn8 ай бұрын
No, I believe the adult children didn't live in the home. They had moved out. So stop blaming the adult children. The man in the panel, John, was 18 and he clearly said, he moved out of the home at 16. He was 18 when the little girl passed away. The adult daughter was 19, married and pregnant with her 3rd child. 11 people lived in this house. So, although she didn't specifically say where she lived but if you add up the numbers, it doesn't equal 11. Think about it... the 19 year old had 2 children and a husband plus all th¹e other children (14 children minus the 2 or 3 adult childen who left) plus the mom, Melissa... that does not equal 11. So, what adult children are you talking about and blaming?? Lastly, newsflash... people have children at 16, 17, 18, 19 and so on. It may be "rediculous" to you but it's not for you judge other progress choices or their lives. I think your judgemental comment is ridiculous (not rediculous).

First of all, if you notice in the video the detectives who were interrogating were telling Melissa how hard to hit the doll...they were coaching her. And there is a far cry difference between hitting a doll and hitting a child. Second of all, whenever the doll incident came around in the interrogation processed was after about 5 hours into the interrogation process where Melissa keep in mind suffers from PTSD from childhood sexual abuse and domestic violence mixed in the factor that she was sleep deprived and that the interrogators were using the Reid technique ofinterrogation a technique that has been known to produce false confessions & were prohibited practices. in other words the interrogators were using practices that were unethical. But by the time the doll incident came around and after Melissa had stated over 100 times she didn't do it and having PTSD myself and them not wanting to believe her I know that eventually your resolve to maintain your innocence gives away because it becomes obvious that the person badgering you doesn't want to leave you alone and won't leave you alone until you say you did it. Any investigator knows that there is a thin line and these interrogators cross beyond the line. The doll scene was not evidence it was coerced you can see in the video their coaching car on how hard to hit it go get some glasses LOL

I hear that one of Melissa’s daughters has 9 children also. Child protective service should keep an eye on her! I have no sympathy for Melissa Lucio, she is exactly where she needs to be. The documentary made about her left many things out. The abuse and neglect those children went through is worse then a horror movie!

As humans were so judgmental with other.. it’s easy to judge when we haven’t walked in any of these people shoes.. I pray to god for him to do what’s best for all this family.. praying for all of them . Because all of them need professional help.. I mean staring from Hope. The grandmother of these children.. so upsetting 😔I fell so bad for all of them.

He said they lived in a shoe box yet hevwent and asked where is his baby sister. He turned and went to the only room. I may be wrong, but I didn't he see a door on it. I believe his story is made up. If yiu edited any part of a video, then it's an opinion, not the truth.

They said the 2 sisters are covering up for each other but you know "they all did too!!" and now after all these years they are talking and the mom why didn't she tell authorities about her daughter abusing the baby??.🤔and she wouldn't be sitting on Death Row her daughter might be but rightfully so, but 14, 15, 16 years of age you still know better "you know right from wrong".

Even if the siblings were abusing Mariah, where was the mother in all this. You have 14 kids, you NEED to bee on them. How could the abuse go on for so long? Sorry, but the mom is guilty regardless of who did the actual abuse. She was the mom and the adult, she was the sole protector of all those children (or should've been, anyway). She failed to ask for help, she failed to seek medical help, etc. She's guilty; perhaps for the wrong reason, but she is.

All of you are Monsters, you all didn't care, the Angel could've been taken out of that HELL with all you monsters by just taking away calling CPS , but oh no let's not let anyone know what we really are, and doing, saving our face value was more important than saving a LIFE so argue all you want she's where she belongs, she let it happen again, and again again...So now she can sit and think about it for the rest of her life, a life for a life ..Rest in Peace little Angel your in a better, more beautiful place with your Father (God)😇😇

So if her kids hurt and killed the baby why aren't they in jail why ????? Why haevnt they do a lie detector on the daughter to see if she killed baby I just don't understand they need to bring her in and if she doesn't pass lie detector test then she did it she looked very nervous while being interviewed they need to have a new trial

As someone from the valley, specifically Cameron County, I’m disgusted by these people. Thank God that Villalobos is in jail, and I hope that Gilman is held accountable. If these people in power believe that you’re guilty, then you’re guilty; regardless of the truth. This is why everyone says that the valley is corrupt.. this case shows that. I won’t deny that claim any longer.

I feel that she belongs in prison, it was her responsibility to protect her child. No doubt that that baby was abused and the mother knew about it. From my understanding she even mentioned biting her on the back before that came in the autopsy reports. I do believe in the death penalty but if there’s any doubt I don’t think the execution should continue, and in this case there is some doubt. I think her family is trying to stop the execution regardless if she killed the baby or not so some of these stories are bias. The kids that were adults and saying they witnessed their sister being abused, they did nothing and are just as guilty as the mother, if those stories are true. Sad situation all the way around.

Did Melissa have Mariah for longer than 6 months? Was Mariah born with drugs in her system? Did the all 11 kids have a better life without Melissa? Why didn’t CPS check up on Mariah after giving custody back to Melissa? What were all the injuries on Mariah? Is it ok for 11 kids to be a house with 1 bedroom? Is it ok for a mother to be on drugs constantly? Justice for Mariah.
@raelynnweathers11612 жыл бұрын
Mariah’s mother Melissa had her for 88 days CPS returned her back home. Melissa slowly tortured Mariah. Autopsy report: Blunt force trauma contusions in her head area. Contusions to her kidneys, lungs and spinal cord. She was covered in bruises from head to toe. Bruises on the face, in the hair and on her chest. Pinch marks on and near her vaginal area. Bite marks on her back. Portions of her hair missing at the roots. Cocaine in her system. She was dehydrated and small for her age. She had a broken arm that was believed to have happened 2 to 7 weeks before her death. I think Melissa didn’t seek medical attention because she knew she would arrested for child abuse.

The documentary is another long, drawn out, one side, piece of propaganda that attempts to say an obviously guilty murderer is innocent. Leaves out certain facts and adds in emotions over truth. Bravo Sabrina, you have managed to line your pockets from Mariah’s death. Autopsy tells the truth. Now let’s give Melissa that mother of the year award.
@carolbest31362 жыл бұрын
Yes a mothers instinct is to protect their child, but if any abuse is happening in the home and mom isn't home she may not know whats happening. But if there is signs of bruises or bite marks on the child body you bet I'd be doing some major bitching and lots of questioning with the older kids . Come hell or high waters something would of been done. People don't have eyes in the back of their heads , so if by chance I was home and heard my baby scream n cry you bet someone's in major trouble plus I'd be checking the baby's body and head. I would think with all those kids one of them would of tattled on the kid who hurt that baby. But now with the 2 daughters who had their hands in this whole incident, WHY the hell are they not investigated and put behind bars as well as mom. ? Murder is murder. Child or adult , they should have to pay for their part in this murder as well. For the death penalty, I don't think that thats right for her beings that 98% of criminals that are locked up for a murder etc dosen't get the death penalty. Alot have gotten it but not all , they get back to back sentence or 105 yrs etc. Got a lot of good lawyers but you have quiet a bit of lazy ass lawyers. Those lazy ones need a good kick in the ass for not fighting for their clients, who a lot of them pay them. They also don't do their jobs and investigate and interview everyone involved. I'm not saying Melissa is innocent or guilty, but I am saying that I'm leaning towards innocent. I'm also saying for them to get those girls and start doing your job and interrogate them til you get the right answers.

It’s so sad Melissa is blaming her children when she was a very neglectful mother how can abuse be present all over a child but u don’t know anything about it ??your kids didn’t ask to be in that situation having to take care of siblings why you get high in the bathroom for hours why they all starve now u have your children scared and against u.. you don’t deserve the death penalty but most definitely life in prison your baby died in your care regardless you suppose to protect your kids Melissa has 1000s of pages of CPS reports of neglect the documentary was good for T.V but when u read actual facts Justice for Mariyah❤️
@melanielangham12122 жыл бұрын
In a different interview you say Melissa did not discipline her children. Discipline and abuse are two very different things in case you did not know. Shame on all of you blaming a child for this awful woman's actions. All of you need serious mental help because you're in denial. You people are absolutely disgusting.
