Glad they did damage control with green ranger to make him playable postgame like tmnt shredder's revenge Casey Jones. There is a lot of potential. Just hope it isn't more than $30 if no physical.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge cost just under 25 dollars at the time of its release. Rita's Rewind should be in the same range.

Looks good despite Hasbro ruined the company. Hoping for a dlc level where the mmpr fight Ultimate Lokar from super Sentai strongest battle and Rita’s son Bubba who y’all know as Kai from Zyuranger with Cyclopsis. Other boss fights would include Pythor who was toy exclusive, Twinman, Polluticorn, and maybe Gnarly Gnome.

To me it depends on the combat system. I think the make or break for shedders revenge for me was the ceiling of the combo variety. I was really hyped for the game but after playing Sor4 it felt like a step back.

I'm on the opposite end sor4 combat while creative and the combo potential was there it wasn't satisfying the only character I end up enjoying was Shiva. Tmnt, on the other hand, was more of my style juggling a butt load of enemies with dash cancels was enough to keep me playing for a long time.

I didn't play Sor4 but I played Shredders Revenge. The gameplay in the demo of Rita's Rewind reminded me a lot of Shredders Revenge!

@micmorgan84 I still found more enjoyment out of tmnt. sor4 combat (besides shiva) was nice for the time but it's definitely overated for a beat em up. Sucks too since I heard great things about it. I hope this power rangers game leans more into tmnt.

The developers chose the 16-bit style to evoke the classic feel of the original Power Rangers games. It's a nod to the past, but I understand it's not everyone's preference.

Nope this game is disrespect to power rangers and it's fans it's 2024 we deserve way better than a 16bit pos arcade game IN 2024 they can't even morph or use the power blaster! Where is our AAA ultimate true power rangers experience video game that they stupidly canceled where is the hard knock backs and knock downs and getting demorphed and blasted through buildings and trees, they don't even have the colored diamonds pattern on their gloves they just spat in every true power rangers fans face with this game power rangers is supposed to be on or above the likes of insomniac spiderman, jedi surviver, hogwarts legacy, and the batman arkham series but this 16bit pos arcade game ain't it and if I'm the only one who feels this way then so be it I'LL BE THE ONE AND ONLY TRUE POWER RANGERS FAN!!

I hear your passion for Power Rangers, and I get it-fans want to see their favorite series taken to the next level. This game went for a nostalgic 16-bit style, which might not be everyone's cup of tea, especially if you're hoping for a more modern, AAA experience. I 100% agree with everything you said but a AAA game isn’t going to happen because the people who own Power Rangers don’t care about the franchise / never wanted it. They even said it themselves that they think its childish and silly. What I grew up with has been reduced to something you can just find on DVD at a Book store and thats it or make fun of. Hasbro getting a hold of the franchise was dead on arrival because that company cant even handle what they have now nor did they ever had success with their entertainment side of things. I watched PR from MMPR to Mystic Force , seen RPM , enjoyed the movies, especially the reboot and now what I grew up watching and collecting is reduced to nothing. Hasbro killed the franchise, and I have no plan on ever coming back to it because of how many times these people burnt fans and ruin the franchise. Skipping out on adapting seasons because of dumb reasons, cancelling AAA games, wasting time making 2 year seasons instead of adapting Sentai seasons we missed out on, list goes on. I stick to the DVDs I own of the past seasons if I want some good PR but I now went to Super Sentai and my god was I missing out. Started with King Ohger and thats a masterpiece of a show , and was the most entertaining show Ive seen in years. Felt like a kid again watching a new season of PR, especially a good one. It’s been so many years these companies haven’t done anything with this franchise, I doubt it’ll change in the future. This game was made for a quick buck since Hasbro is literally losing money for making these stupid decisions. So they’re going to milk anything they can, especially MMPR when theirs tons of amazing seasons out there to adapt.
