Hi... thank you for guidance... couple of advices needed 1. How many days do we have to continue this workout along with the diet plan.. 2. Will this session be enough to loose weight and to achieve fitness? 3. Are lower thighs and buttocks being used? I have a pear shaped body... Thank you again....❤️
