@@akeshaakesha3868 මේ Dr කියන විදිහේ ආහාර තමයි බොහෝ විට ගත්තේ. හැබැයි මම ගොඩක් vegetable salad කැවා 4 cups විතර වෙලකට. Breakfast 11am, lunch 3pm, dinner tea (with double cream) or soup. If you want more details watch Dr Eric Berg DC you tube videos. You can can get more ideas.

Beans, beans, beans, eat one cup of varity of beans a day (mung bean, chickpeas, kidney beans, white beans, etc) - remember it should be consumed without oil. One table spoon of any oil has high calories.

This has become an old myth now. People must eat oil and protein. It is not oil is bad. But carbohydrates are bad.

Chickpea is carbohydrates . It is not good. But saturated fat is very important prt for our body so we have to eatcoconut oil. Beans are not good

Good video. Lot of good information but I think we still can have moderately amount meats because we need to develop the body muscles. Body weight management should reduce the fat, sugar & carbohydrates. Right amount of protein welcome.

Agree and also coconut oil is a good source of fat and there’s abundance in Lanka. Sadly most lankans think it’s not healthy.

Thanks for the valuable Video, I'm having for breakfast only one full glass of fresh whole milk. Nonfat milk makes me start hungry and empty very soon than whole milk. In this case, do I have to still cut off whole milk in this case?
