In this video, we are going to practice the fundamental actions of turns and spins. 1/4 turn, 1/2 of a turn and full turn on one foot.

Thank you for this video. I really like how you took the drill further to the right turn. I figured out that the most common error on my spins are existing to not straight hips and shoulders. I try to press my shoulders down straight to the floor and also try to keep my hip straight to the floor. I realy have to train my spotting because I'm not that flexible with my head to keep my shoulder posture straight on spinning. I would recommend everyone to record themself to watch the potential error. It's best to watch on slow motion and remember every new time the proper mistakes to get a better version of the work you're investing. I think the mirror is lying and I don't know why the most experts are not recommending to start recording with a camera.

Yes you’re right, turns our not easy to master. So thinking long-term and practicing gradually and consistently is the key.

К сожалению пока что нет но на будущее мне нужно разузнать как сделать субтитры на русском и на других языках потому что многие спрашивают.

@@ballroomwithalexey3951 можно и на английском описание, заодно его можно подучить:) я даже коллегу на работе просила перевести одно из ваших видео. Он, когда закончил, сказал: "только я не смог перевести spot- поворот. Это поворот на пятачке?")) я ему сказала: " Это так и называется- спот-поворот"
