Thank you for teaching spot turn~ So I have a question.... What is the difference between spot turn and pivot turn?^^;;;
@ballroomwithalexey39515 жыл бұрын
You’re very welcome😊 If to be very general, we dance spot turn around one axis(not traveling), but in pivot turn we suppose travel, (move body weight in space along one line ) that’s the biggest difference.

Just continue repeating it and drilling it over and over., It’s totally normal, what you experience. Just keep going ✌🏻😊

We always been taought that the weight when turning stays in the center, not on one foot.
@MIchaelSybi4 жыл бұрын
I beg your pardon. I asked the teacher, and the weight gets distributed to the leg, because we need to settle in the hip to make the contraction. Otherwise, if the weight stays in the center, no such actions will take place.
