Like usual, before Coffee with Coach Met, we will do Exercise with Coach Met!
They’re doing a full body workout, 20 minutes non-stop,
There are 5 exercises, 1 minute each, very limited break:
1. Pull Up / Dead Hang
2. Push Ups
3. Air Squat / Lunges
4. Jump ropes
5. Any Core / Ab Workout
