For anyone wondering, no, you don’t need to eat this much protein, 0.8g/lbs of bodyweight is enough. Nick might eat like this for different reason but you don’t need to if you don’t like that much protein.

The ones during this meal (dinner), yes. Just an FYI, I usually eat two slices and am full and with 3 I am STUFFED. If I remember correctly each slice weighs around half a pound.

I didn't know your book was limited downloads when I bought it. It means you cant get your recipes indefinitely going forward as previously advertised. Its a little disappointing as its too expensive to buy a second time. If I knew I would have backed it up each time i reinstalled my PC. Still have massive love for the work you do - just wish you could get that sorted for people Also please do a protein no-bake cheesecake. Loads of people do them but they don't come out nice :)

@@KevessiHow much muscle mass do you have? The more muscle a person has, the more calories and nutrients the body will need to maintain that level. The quality of food that you consume matters, too: you can eat a certain amount of calories, and your body uses all the nutrients to rebuild the muscles and run other essential processes. Or you can eat empty calories that make you feel sluggish and don’t give you enough nutrients and sustainable energy, so your body has to break down your own muscles to feed itself, meanwhile those empty calories aren’t being spent and go directly into the storage. So, nutritional value of those calories that you eat and the amount of lean muscle mass that you have, matters significantly.
