You're the shit dude, me and my wife just made the nickchicken and fries plus the pulled pork with mac and cheese for our meal prep this week. Everything is freaking delicious and its so satisfying knowing we are eating healthy (or at least 10x as healthy as we used to) just wanted to say i appreciate you man

The pulled pork and mac and cheese is my favorite meal prep from the book. The giant blueberry muffins are the best overall. I also have the smash burger like 4x a week, its so easy.

I use Premier Protein (Vanilla) instead of milk. I also mix whey protein with Icelandic yogurt and overnight oats.

I'm gonna go out there and say it. There isn't an excuse to be overweight anymore. Nick leads the charge and I use a couple of his creator buddies to fill in the gaps. They helped me lose the weight and I've maintained it so easily since. I'm a guy who was typically 20-40 lbs overweight for 15 years.

Not everyone has the time to make his recipes. Some of them take hours to make. lol. Still though, most of his recipes are good.

@@Tom-cn4cm I get that. Honestly it became way easier for me when I let it become a hobby and would share the food with friends and family. I definitely lean into meal prepping as much as possible.

If you put those cherry tomatoes between 2 deli container lids you can cut like 10 of them at a time super fast

that is a trick that should not be spread. It makes for uneven cuts, sometimes leaving top and bottom and sometimes leaving two sides. This actually is a giveaway for a lazy kitchen

I made the mint choc chip ice cream recipe. It's like you were reading my mind when you made it since I love mint choc chip and my previous complaint with your Creami recipes was no protein despite protein powder working so well (imo), . --- it's so yummy, the ice cream tastes like full calorie despite not having sugar! So many thanks~~

I love these recipes and they all seem legit and fire. Unlike other KZbin channels. The big thing for me is that I work 2 jobs and I do not have the time to be having meals like this. I would love to but unfortunately it is not in the bingo for me. Most of my meals have to be either cold or reheated in the microwave. It is not easy to have a decent tasting meal come out of the microwave either.

Unsure if this comment will stick around for long because I'm linking a video in it, but I just watched another one of his videos where he talks about some breakfast burritos that take 30min of prep for like 5 days worth of breakfast. Yeah I'm not feeling any of the ghost cereals. The best mint chip Ice cream I've ever had, they used thin chocolate shavings and enough so you got it in every bite. If the chips are too thick then it tastes off to me. I need to get back on your recipes asap though

If air frying them twice makes them better, all that means is that you aren’t frying them enough the first time. In other words, you’re not 100% cooking them twice. You’re 50% cooking them twice.

If you don’t wanna watch the video, eat foods with high protein and low calories, limit ultra processed foods, consume less calories than you burn, and don’t be miserable doing it

@@MindyTunnell I'm honestly worried about catch-all terms like, "Natural ingredients." Raspberry flavor? Beaver anal excretions. 🤮 Would also allow any insect ingredient, or arsenic, or lead, or mercury, etc. All Natural ingredients! 😕

how do ppl lose wieght at 2000 calories whats your day job? as a office worker, i need like 1400 calories to lose weight and very low carbs, otherwise i jsut dont lose fat at all even on like 1000calories

I made your mint protein ice cream years ago, before the creami existed. I ordered everything in the mail to follow your recipe exactly. It wasn’t good or worth the effort. Pretty much stopped watching your stuff since then. I recently got a creami so I think I watched a creami recipe video of yours, idk. Either way it’s good to see you’re doing well. I’m also leaner and buffer than ever and we have some similar habits. You’re cooking a lot more than me though; I just do carnivore. Carnivore… and pounds of ice cream from my creami, lol

Don't forget, it could be medical. Talk to a doctor. Note a week or so worth of eating, be as detailed and honest as possible, and show it to them. They'll help determine if maybe that might need a change, or maybe something else should be investigated.
