The pulled pork and mac and cheese is my favorite meal prep from the book. The giant blueberry muffins are the best overall. I also have the smash burger like 4x a week, its so easy.

I use Premier Protein (Vanilla) instead of milk. I also mix whey protein with Icelandic yogurt and overnight oats.

I'm gonna go out there and say it. There isn't an excuse to be overweight anymore. Nick leads the charge and I use a couple of his creator buddies to fill in the gaps. They helped me lose the weight and I've maintained it so easily since. I'm a guy who was typically 20-40 lbs overweight for 15 years.

that is a trick that should not be spread. It makes for uneven cuts, sometimes leaving top and bottom and sometimes leaving two sides. This actually is a giveaway for a lazy kitchen

I love these recipes and they all seem legit and fire. Unlike other KZbin channels. The big thing for me is that I work 2 jobs and I do not have the time to be having meals like this. I would love to but unfortunately it is not in the bingo for me. Most of my meals have to be either cold or reheated in the microwave. It is not easy to have a decent tasting meal come out of the microwave either.

Yeah I'm not feeling any of the ghost cereals. The best mint chip Ice cream I've ever had, they used thin chocolate shavings and enough so you got it in every bite. If the chips are too thick then it tastes off to me. I need to get back on your recipes asap though

If air frying them twice makes them better, all that means is that you aren’t frying them enough the first time. In other words, you’re not 100% cooking them twice. You’re 50% cooking them twice.

I made your mint protein ice cream years ago, before the creami existed. I ordered everything in the mail to follow your recipe exactly. It wasn’t good or worth the effort. Pretty much stopped watching your stuff since then. I recently got a creami so I think I watched a creami recipe video of yours, idk. Either way it’s good to see you’re doing well. I’m also leaner and buffer than ever and we have some similar habits. You’re cooking a lot more than me though; I just do carnivore. Carnivore… and pounds of ice cream from my creami, lol

Don't forget, it could be medical. Talk to a doctor. Note a week or so worth of eating, be as detailed and honest as possible, and show it to them. They'll help determine if maybe that might need a change, or maybe something else should be investigated.
