Love it!! How many reps should I do the left to right leg swings? How long should I hold the hallow leg hold? And how many reps do I do the leg lifts? ( lot of questions haha!) I just love your core workouts, they really push me and I feel my core is getting so much stronger!!

Once I saw this I had to subscribe because CORE is Everything! At 60 I spend considerable time in this domain for Structural Integrity and I perform same exercises as the Core is essential for Power Generation & Stabilization
