Just did this routine... it was tough but absolutely amazing!!.. as a runner i suffer with tight hips and back!!.. this is a routine that i will keep on doing!!!...from drills to stretches Chari is the most impressive athlete to ever explain how to do all these exercise's!!. Thank you

Chari Love the stretches!! I use to love to run when I was in the Army, Since getting out I put on weight and had a few issues. I been wanting to get back into running (after I lose a little weight) and wasn't sure where to start. I think this stretches will help me with getting back into it and not hurt myself.

I absolutely cannot do static stretches (and preferably not dynamic stretches either) before working out. But my situation is different from hers or anyone else's.

if anyone sees this, i got cramps from the stretch at around 5:50 at the back of my thigh. I did do my first day of tryouts for cross country today but if hydration isnt my problem can somebody give me an explanation
