Thanks for watching. For mobility I generally recommend 1 set of about 10 reps For the strength exercises you can do 3-4 sets of 8-15 reps.

I'd say "yes" but also focusing on balance through the mid-foot all the way through the movement so one has the option of not assisting the exercise with a post etc.
