I have been able to avoid Ortho surgery for my knees, my lower back, rotator cuffs and elbows - just from watching your videos Bob and Brad. The stretching and strengthening exercises are excellent. Those, along with taking certain supplements and weight training - it has helped immensely after spending almost 30 years in the US Army Special Forces - literally hundreds of static line and MFF jumps, rappelling, thousands of miles with heavy rucks on my back, operating in all terrain around the world. I do NOT trust the VA to even take my temperature, no less go to them for any medical treatment. So, thanks you guys. At age 63 I am hoping I can continue to feel this good and keep the bad aches and pains at bay.

That’s amazing! I’m 63 and was offered a knee replacement in 2015 and refused. Holistic or bust I say! My breakthrough technology glutathione product and molecular hydrogen water have literally taken me from restriction and inflammation to power walking daily without limping! Lots to celebrate!

Well as one who has had knee problems for a very long time, the best way of doing squats is Face the wall, while your toes are actually touching the wall. You’ll be surprised by how little you can squat. This way the knees don’t go over the toes, and you don’t make you knee’s problems worse.
@liferipsfam2 жыл бұрын
wrong, knees over toes are the best method to train your knees to get stronger.
@MultiChantal222 жыл бұрын
@@liferipsfam That's like saying to make your breathing stronger you need to live in a high polluted area ... Technically it works (because you have to breathe more air and filter more, just like squatting knees over toes forces your knees to be stronger), but it is destructive so it's pointless
@liferipsfam2 жыл бұрын
@@MultiChantal22 your analogy was terrible. So terrible, I can't even fathom to say much more about it that it's just terrible. lol. And no, Knees over toes are not destructive. That is dumb to say. Ask the KneesoverToes guy on all tons of high level athletes using his training to help build a stronger foundation. It simply works, but you are too indoctrinated by old science.

You guys are awesome keep up with your videos. I have followed your videos for about a year now and just by doing the suggested exercises and sticking to it. I have lost 30 pounds kept it off and I never get the back pain I had before. I suffer from sciatica in both legs and a spinal curvature that occured from a car accident i use to have chronic pain and now I have little to no pain. Thank you so much you both saved my life with these videos. Your truly good people. Bless you both Bob & Brad 🤩

Bob and Brad, Thank goodness you have this channel. I got tnr this last Monday. This is the most painful surgery ever!!! I will “think “ about having this surgery again for the other knee. And I am 57 years old. I cannot imagine people doing this in there 80’s. They have to be mentally strong! I watched you two before and after this surgery. You come off as being very friendly and caring. I can also tell you are good friends too. Whenever I just want to give up, I watch you two. You guys make me feel better. Thank you. Peace be with you both and your families too.☺️

Very good instruction. I was an aerobics instructor (back in the eighties, when participating in an aerobics class really meant something for fitness) . I was very excited seeing your instruction with the step. A fitness instructor developed “step aerobics” with the blessing of her orthopod to rehab her own knee. The instructions you gave validated what I had shouted out during my classes: weight on your heels, squeezing your glutes up and down on the step.

Turning my knees outward while bridging is how I was finally able to feel a burn in my glutes. After years of being perplexed by people claiming that various exercises activate glutes while I never felt a thing there, knees out and doing bridges did it for me. Will try cycling with my knees pointed out away from the bike to see if I’m finally able to feel my glutes while cycling.
