Vibrant is just… 👌🏼 Stainless steel packing versus fiberglass packing in the muffler makes so much difference

Sounds about perfect for that engine. I had a 2002 G35 sedan with stock resonator and rear muffler delete and added an oval perforated tip and it always got compliments on the sound.

@@mrmiagi6052 I stand corrected. Nice catch. It was a 2003 Infinity G35 silver 6MT with the sport package (trunk spoiler and rims). I had a 2002 2500HD at the same time and I often seem to get those two mixed up after having had over a hundred different cars over the years plus I'm getting old. Cheers. Side note: the 3rd gen Infinity G car was unveiled in June 2001 and was released to North America for sale on March 12th 2002 as a 2003 model.

How do the fx resonators sound with no mufflers? I have berk resonated test pipes with flow fx resonators and stock mufflers. It sounds really good but I might want to make it louder in the future.

It’s a bit raspy but it is a VQ if your on a budget I would recommend adding resonated exhaust tips for less drone and rasp

It sounds alright it’s still too raspy too, if your choosing the cheap route then that’s fine. Save for an entire exhaust, Y-Pipe, Midpipe and the axel back. It’s way worth the extra money for a full exhaust.

What are RTP’s? test pipes? if so I’d put the stock resonators on you’ll have WAY too much rasp and it’ll be insanely loud.

Can you verify the size of the resonators added, I have the same car but want to make sure? In the video/link you say they are 2.5" in/out, the box you show says 2.25 in sharpie, and the part number on the box you showed (1794) is a 3". Thanks.

It took me about a year and a half to find one in decent condition with the manual trans, there’s almost none for sale on a nationwide search. And I was looking online everyday
