A great way to help those who are following and applying your beautiful breakdowns and work would be a warm up stretch and recovery after training for those sore ankles toes hands neck and feet. Seems like everyday is another injury i use to be the type that never wanted to warm up or cool down because fighters should always be ready and on go...thank you for your time and giving those without a home gym or coach someone to learn from.

Canelo does the lead side-step sometimes, its featured in s number of his highlight reels. Emmanuel Augustus used to do it from time to time as well.

Is it possible to analyse high guard fighters like Winky Wright and Taras Shelestyuk, or give us tips about how to have a solid shell while being able to punch out of it. It seems to be an effective defensive fighting style, easier on knees and heels for us mid age people, but I can't find many tutorials about it.

If Michael Chandler rolled through his right side after hit that 1-2 combo, he might have avoided getting counter by the left hook of Oliveira

Maybe they don't have enough time to perfect boxing to that level given they worry about other things
@utkarsh27463 жыл бұрын
The heavy hands pod was talking about this, all through his career Chandler has had the habit of leaping in and moving back out in a straight line, like he's on a train track. I think they pinned it down to his explosiveness but then wrestlers with his kind of pedigree get used to everyone running away from them.

Many of these techniques require head movement how long does it take to get good at head movement. As a tall guy I'm trying to focus on a jab and footwork defence presently as they're safer and so far very effective but I presume at some level head movement becomes a requirement so should I incorporate head movement in my sparring training or can put off for a bit later

Another name yes but it’s a check hook so I’ve called it that. Every combo in this is the 1-2 so I don’t need to incorporate that in the name.
