Do you focus more on the Pendulum step in this course? I want to learn the boxing style of Bivol. His footwork looks so good and smooth

Do all of these make also make sense if both are in the same stance? E.g. circle jab...if you circle to opponents cross might not be a good idea?!

The key for being a southpaw in as little words as I can use is basically trying to be a mixture of a fencer and a ballet dancer. Good feet and lead hand is key. These tekkers videos are pukka.

The guy demonstrating is really good at showing the techniques and his movements are very good as well. Great job guys. Just wanted to give credit to the athlete as well.

Really nice work. I've boxed all of my life. 42 years. Since the age of 13, and I still love learning new ways of doing things. I've been doing a lot of Loma like footwork for a number of years, as its similar to the 1980s Tyson footwork that I've done for a decades. It was nice seeing your work here. I never knew that move was call the Phantom Shift. Love it!! I often just do nothing but light work on the bag practicing that footwork for many rounds. For me, I want my feet to be as good as my hands. When we have guys from other gym's come down to spar, they have grins on their faces when they face me, the oldest guy in the gym. Those grins soon go when I frustrate them with my footwork. Now you see me - now you don't! At my age defense if more important, because as you age, your ability to absorb punches declines. Along with stamina. Fortunately speed and power hasn't left me yet. Not that II'll ever fight competitively again at my age, but I'll be in the gym when I'm 80, it keeps me young. *SUBSCRIBED.*

What's up McLeod boxing? You guys nailed it with great Lomo counters. I noticed that a lot of the parries are similar in Wing Chun Si Num Tao form. That is where my old Wing Chun Training will come in handy. Gonna use these with my training partner. See you guys keep it up I'm a fan.

Conventional wisdom says no plenty of examples of right handed southpaws so trial and error really

isnt using the lead hand like that illegal in amateurs?
@andreio1124 күн бұрын
What do you mean?
@perumksoaks24 күн бұрын
@@andreio11 sort of using the lead hand to make defensive traffic etc. supposedly that’s illegal in boxing, measuring distance whatnot, blinding. Bivol was also warned against doing that.

I’ve never heard anything about it, but I’d guess no?

Just sticking out your hand is prohibited. You need to make light jabs with it
