40 minute all levels chair workout. Focusing on the whole body, Im using 3 lb. toning balls (any weights is optional). If you're new to Pilates chair, I would recommend not using weights.

I love Exo chair workouts. They are very challenging. We literally did these moves in class today, but did step ups without the curtsey lunge.

Nice flow and workout. Loved the side lunges (Captain Morgan’s! ) to curtsy lunges. Worked great on my Wunda chair. ❤
