These older classes are a blessing, this one is particularily wonderful. I find sugar-cane and the balances very challenging, but can feel myself getting stronger and more flexible with every class, it's very rewarding. The meditation and even (bit) longer savasana are equally challenging, as meditation is something I rarely practice. I fit bakasana practice into any class, a pose I have yet to hold with control, and for my inversion prefer headstand against the wall. This felt fantastic.Thank you

I have to admit, I'm not a huge fan of expansive poses. I am, however, a huge fan of the way they make me feel! This class is perfect!

Had a stressful weekend and needed a class that would just be a release of tension, stress and negativity. I was not disappointed! Loved the constant flow. Definitely a moving meditation that was easy to get into. Great job putting this one together!
