EXPED MEGA MAT 10 - Warranty Repair

Excellent customer service for my EXPED mega mat 10 warranty claim. The intake valve flap broke or went missing so within two weeks I had a new valve replacement part along with an instructional video and was back ready to camp, thanks to the folks at EXPED. If you're in the market for a camping mattress, motorcycle camping, or regular camping, EXPED is an excellent brand, and the company stands behind its warranty. I've had this mattress for four years. I use it continuously for motorcycle camping, and it has never failed me and now neither has the company. This video's just a quick 3-minute overview of my interaction with customer service and overall satisfaction with EXPED.

Love a good news story!!! Now not sure where the line is on camping vs a hotel room inside of a ten lol. Guess to many years of "Army" camping might have tainted my opinion. Joking, love your videos and keep it up.
