Mine is on its way. Can't wait. Just purchased the megamat 10. Comfort off the charts. No more sore hips for this side sleepers. I camp off of a Harley Davidson full touring bike so weight, and to a degree space are not issues.

I have the large REM Pillow......easily the most comfortable pillow I’ve used when out in the misty mountains.....but.......mega pillow 🤩

How to clean this pillow? I assume can’t put on washer?

Pillows like the Mega Pillow have a removable air bladder insert. When looking at the valve, there is a grey square with velcro attached to it. Simply peel back each side to disconnect the pillow cover from the air bladder. Once the air bladder has been removed, you may wash the cover either by hand or on a gentle cycle in the washer. Please do not wash the air bladder in the washer, only by hand if necessary. To reinstall the bladder, fold it into thirds, so it's close to the size of the opening in the pillow cover, and push it through. Reattach the velcro on all four sides. Then add a little air to message the air bladder into place throughout the cover. Now the pillow is ready for the next use.

What I find a little weird is in the videos of the mats you are suggesting to use the inflate bag or pump. And not the mouth because of moisture that can build up inside. And now I see you and a college on the pillows breathing in to it (also with a pillow with foam inside).. Now I believe the moisture story is true but why you don't keep that on and pump the pillow also with the little hand pump? Is it because it is not included with the buy?

Hi Boordbelsj, THank you for the feedback! The Megapillow does not come with any pump and we do recommend inflating all products with a pump when possible. The mega pillows are designed so there is no actual insulation inside but instead have an air bladder and an outer sleeve that can be removed for washing and cleaning so moisture wont effect the comfort or warmth of the pillow. How do I best clean this? Is the entire thing washable? If not, how do I remove the cover and what settings should be used?

Hi Brn Wnthl, The outer shell of the pillow is washable. There is a piece of velcro that attaches that case to the inner pillow. SImply remove the velcrp and pull out the bladder to wash the case of the pillow. You can throw it in the washer with a light detergent and air dry. Cheers!

Not a fan of air pillows. You guys really need to make a pillow version of the Megamat! That mat is so comfy and I'm sure the same tech would work as a pillow.
