Right off the bat, the narrator makes a mistake. There is no Queen of England as England is not a sovereign state. However, there is a Queen of the United Kingdom and Commonwealth realms. Also, as many how pointed out, Louis is pronounced the French way and the name has significance for the family as Prince Philips’ maternal grandfather was Prince Louis of Battenberg.

The reason Anne doesnt benefit from the 2013 legislation is because the line goes down the eldest childs family until no successors are there and then moves to the next closest line aka next eldest childs.
