18:40 - You just sold me on your channel, been watching here and there, but man that was deep and profound. As someone that was born in the US I can say that many people take what we have for granted constantly and it sometimes takes someone that wasn't born here to snap us back to reality and too appreciate what we have here.

@@omarariascortes9938 You sound like my fiance lol. We have nice overlanders, but have a lot of friends that complain that " I could never afford to get into overlanding." That’s why Toyota doesn’t use a one piece shaft. I’ve seen 200k on original carrier bearing shafts. The midpoint takes a lot of the abuse out of the equation. I wouldn’t go aftermarket.

My replacement seems to be working but definitely got me thinking about possibly going back to stock if it fails again

@Hoglund Overland @Hoglund Overland my ranger used to have a one piece from factory and after I lifted it I blew through u-joints every couple years and I didn’t start seriously wheeling until I bought my Tacoma. But my friend had a ranger with 250k miles on the original two piece carrier bearing version. Idk why but they just work, long as you keep all the bolts tight and bearings greased.

Im telling you ............ you did an amazing job with this video .......... not only with respect to the content ..... but even more so, the music, editing .etc ............ everything about this video reeks of success ....... this content and editing is way better than "Last Line of Defense" or "TrailRecon" ............. you will grow huge Brother ......... By the way ........... for Overlanding .......... Id take a Tundra any day over a Taco ...... I know a guy who has 450K miles on a Tundra and it refuses to give up the ghost

Honestly if you’re thinking of fully decking it out I’d start with the sr5 4WD cause you can add all the extra mods yourself 🤷‍♂️
