Beautiful architecture, back when a building like this was the pride of a city! I'd say the alarm isn't armed, or even monitored, at 3:08 you passed a sensor above the door to the left, and at 8:04, there's another in the corner to your left. The alarm panel was also open on the wall of the office. You can always dip out, and wait a ways away and see if anyone shows up. Definitely nothing wrong with being cautious.

This was awesome, love that old (Colonial?) architecture! It sucks you couldn't stay longer, but motion sensors, cameras, peopley area, and cop sirens...definitely better to be safe. You got some nice coverage and cool finds (loved the staircase and carvings), and didn't get busted. Thanks for sharing, stay safe and take care! 👍😁🔥

Thanks, this place actually blew me away when I saw it in person, I couldn't believe how nice it looked and was even more shocked at how everything was still left behind in there. Street views didn't doo it justice when I plotted it down.

9:02 that's strange. That's a Honeywell DT8016AF5 motion sensor, a very popular detector here in the UK. Usually the LED just goes red, but that one is showing yellow/green. The yellow and green are the two sensors (green=pir, yellow=microwave, both together gives you red=alarm). The yellow/green should only show within 10 minutes of power up, after that, only red is shown. Yes, this is a bit of a boring comment LOL.

Maybe the camera shows it differently, but I thought I remembered seeing red in real time, but I could be remembering wrong.

Know this school and surrounding area. Was a beautiful school back in it's day. The main artery running through the area is a greenway with a stream running along part of it, used as a park. Maybe the neighborhood, a very old one, will get built back up again one day.
