Hi Thank you for all your great video's, I am thinking of retiring onto a widebeam. As I live in Thailand at the moment it is not easy to get info, 1 Is it possable to get an all electric one or maybe a good hybred.? 2 is there a boat builder that builds them for the Norfolf broads has to be steel not plastic.? 3 I am single so would i be able to handle a widebeam a-loan single handed ? Hi thank you so much for watching 😁 You can get electric wide beams but we’d probably go with a hybrid as then you know you will have power. The broads maximum length is 45ft if you want to be able to fully navigate so you would have to consider that. The broads authority website has all the information. We would always recommend talking to the bespoke boat company as they will build you what you want: bespokeboatcompany.com/ And yes you can handle them single handed would just need practise and planning.
