Such a dramatic change from the older video. Its terrible and heart breaking a teacher was murdered and in front of her kids too. Many memories are had within these walls. Amazing footage.

8:31 I went to that school from 94 to 97. When I went there it was just a middle school from 6 to 8th grade. I think it turned to an elementary/middle school later on

Southfield has some abandoned schools as well plus if you drive down the lodge from 9 mile to lahser there are several abandoned officer building to go thru.

From 1968-75 I attended McColl elementary on the corner of Fielding & Cathedral which is now closed.

@@RuinRoad I worked in there for about a year in 2019. It had already been bought by the new owner. Even if you got in there now it wouldn't be much for you. I've been searching for any video from before the "clean up" started, but it looks like it's been one off this places that is untouchable.

I would say the majority of these facilities served their purpose for many years. Be dumb to throw money into dead buildings in most likely poor or abandoned areas of the city.
