Mephala I always found fascinating and possibly the most terrifying of all the daedric princes. Most of the time she is just a whisper. But no mind can resist those whispers forever and will eventually give in.

Hot tip on fully improving Mephala’s ebony blade: after claiming the artifact, speak to Jaree-ra about putting out the light in the lighthouse and then, if you don’t already rock the Ritual Stone, go get it and then either repeatedly resurrect Jaree-ra’s sister Deeja after they betray you or Jared-ra himself. Since you helped them they still count towards improving the ebony blade. It’ll take 10 in game days since the ritual stone can only be used once a day but it’s still easier than finding ten npcs you don’t care about The more you know 🌈

There isn't a most powerful really as they are all interested in different domains. Some argue that Hermaneous Mora is most powerful due to his knowledge but it is up to dispute.
