Truly enjoy visiting such places as we have nothing like this on the island where I live.❤ Oh, and I loved the stork, with her nest, on top of the post! Latvia is beautiful! Love the forest! I know I’m late, late to comment, but just had to say this was such a pleasant, charming, well-filmed videophone. One of the best I’ve ever seen. You did such a splendid job through the stationary shops. So often videos are so quick and rather choppy. Yours was beautifully done. Loved the dogs scampering through the woods-wished I was with them. Your forest looked like a fairy tale and the snow was wonderful. Your sketches were very inspiring. I always have a huge hurdle of shyness to overcome before I put brush to paper. You are giving me courage. Thank you. Latvian Forest

Latvian Forest,a really lovely tour of your home country,the stationary stores were all so beautiful,I love tat you captured the snow days i your sketchbook so you have that memory,and thatt you captured the palace gardens too in the same way.The Palace looked astonding inside. Glad you enjoyed sketching in the coffee shop,it's a good way to boost your confidence as an artist. First video I've watched from you, Kriksis! Very nice video indeed, and I looooved seeing the stationary shops in beautiful Riga. Husband and I were in Riga in August 2016. I went to a wonderful store back then called Scrapbooking LV. It was on Smilšu ieala, Balozi, Rigas raj. When I google it now I see it's permanently closed. Also twice went to a store called Hobby Set in Maskavas iela. My husband almost fainted before I was finished in this heavenly shop!! Also liked watching the happy dogs, we have a collie. This was lovely i bean to latvia numerous times mostly jurmala as my people love it but it was nice to see some familiar sights in the video including Randale Castle. Also we tend to pronounse Riga name fully so it was interesting to hear it wasn't the case for latvians.
