ai separation has become so good now it can split piano, guitar, bass, drums, strings, and vocals all into different tracks. I really want to see this in Studio One as well.

How hard is it for the StudioOne team to get rid of the border/box color of the audio clips to only show the waveform color instead?(something like Traktor software does).

As a bass player the bass extraction may make transcribing easier. Not sure it is ready for much in a music production sense. Running the extracted parts through Melodyne was interesting.

The stem separation quality is pretty poor when you compare to the totally free "Ultimate Vocal Remover"

Playing all 4 stems together will null the original in any software, it's the quality of the individual stems when solo'd that's important and these sound horrible compared to other programs, including the free update to Logic Pro......
