Is it the right time to buy house in suffolk? Given that elections are happening and prices may go down along with lower interest rate?

Imho it’s always the right time to buy if you’re ready, willing and able to buy… I’m not a psychic, but I don’t foresee prices falling significantly. If interest rate go down drastically, that would most likely make prices go up as competition and buying demand would probably increase. You can always reach out if you’re thinking about moving to Suffolk 😉

Centerport doesn’t have a school system. They go to Greenlawn schools. Northport is above them. And Mariah Carey went to Northport elementary schools. The Centerport Yaght club is in Huntington Village. Top Five as I have lived out here decades and work as a float in healthcare traveling to communities every day out here. Also raised my kids out here. Not in any particular order. Everyone has their preferences. Northport. Miller Place, Mattituck/Cutchogue, Southampton, Amagansett
