When I lived in Oakland and San Francisco (2013-2015) Emeryville was one of the most dangerous cities to live in the Bay Area. Lots of my friends would leave their glovebox and center consoles open so people wouldn’t break into their car. It’s nice to see it has cleaned up.

WHAT IS THE RENT OF EMERYVILLE ? ARE THE RENTALS PET FRIENDLY ? AND THOSE THAT LIVE THERE HOW DO AMBULANCE GET THROUGH DO THE POLES GO DOWN FOR THEM TO GET THROUGH?. I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES.
