Full Circle moment coming up for me. I played there many years back with my first country band. Now with the reopening I'm happy to be returning to play there twice upcoming.

I have so many memories there and almost bought it when it closed… the ground is toxic so I do believe they do have to demolish but I guess not just yet

That 2nd abandoned side you found was a gym. There was equipment all across those rooms over-looking the pool. I was in that pool many times. The small empty room at the very back had the mats where you stretched and did sit-ups n stuff. Thanks for these memories. I never did find out what happened to that gym. That was about 20 years ago.

This used to be a great party place and yes there was often cops. If they were there for a fight, there was always a ride program set up as you pulled in or out. It changed a lot with new owners and ppl from other towns coming in. People from Georgetown stopped going there. The second building part that you went in was actually a gym. It was called CLUB 2000. That was about 30 years ago. It was also a different bar before it was Nashville north. Also 25-30 years ago.

What and amazing place. Brings back so many memories. Thursday night line dancing lessons. Right through to the weekend. It was always crazy packed

What a shame to demolish this club and those gorgeous bathroom stall doors😢Don’t people like to go out and dance, anymore?
@Angela-wg5ye2 жыл бұрын
It was shut down due to the structure of the building. It would have been cheaper to rebuild then to fix.
@ainguanez2 жыл бұрын
They closed it on us, now there’s nothing around us to go and line dance anymore

I spent about 4-5 years of my life there every Saturday night and most Friday's as well...Saw great bands like the Dixie Chicks, Ricochet and others....Best of all, I met my wife there about 24 years ago, we've been married for 22 now....We still get together with all of our friends we met there, however we're all getting up there in age....The night Princess Diana past away, they stopped the music and put the announcement up on the big screen, one night I'll never forget....If you were there, then you know we ended the night with a ZENOS hot dog....still the best around, Great memories, sad to hear it's getting demolished... After getting married I actually moved to Georgetown, about 5 mins from this place. CHEERS

Worked there for a few yrs and met some of my best friends there. Good times and great memories of that place. Before NN it was a gym a night club a bingo hall lots of stories in those walls always flooded before they did some work on the river wall great bands played there from the Dixie Chicks to Trace Byrd . ❤️ Met them had lots of fun.

I'm sure back then the club was the hottest place in town. Must be crowded with youngsters, oldsters and filled to the brim, especially when popular singers were invited to grace the club. Such a big impressive building, but sadly, what probably missed was the memory, especially for those employees and those who had visited the club, the good and not so good times they had with the club. And for the building itself, "Adios...thanks for the memory." Thanks Riddim Ryder.
