Exploring the pulsatory nature of the breath
Here's a reminder of the powerful pulsatory nature of our breath. In this yoga workshop, we started with simple supine positions, exploring the subtle ebb and flow of the breath, noticing how it plays with the tail bone and gradually extends along the spine until the whole body joins in.
As it flows along our spine, whether we experience it as strong and powerful or softer and more subtle, it suggests our original fluid nature.
