I have done the 30 day movement challenge and now I keep coming back to this video. On days where I used to wake up in pain and read for the painkillers, I make myself do this yoga video and it eases everything so that I no longer have to take the tablets. I can’t thank you enough. This is a huge lifestyle change and means I don’t feel powerless when I wake up and a pain day! Thank you so much

Loved stretching my back this morning. I never had back issues until recently. I've been sewing face masks for health care workers for a few weeks, & I think that sitting at the sewing machine & bending over my cutting board has done a number on my lower back. At the beginning I kept falling backwards but after some time, I can do it without falling now. Just keep doing it and you will do it eventually :) Maybe try to widen feet to make it easier.
